If you only have one or two contacts per customer site, Sage can be used as a CRM system, we can show you how. If however you have more than two contacts per site and you have sophisticated marketing requirements then we have an excellent CRM tool which not only allows you to mail shot your database based on previous purchases, but also based on previous mail shot campaigns. For example, contact all the people you did or didn’t contact last time based on whether they did or didn’t react positively. The system also has automatic email filing linking to Outlook and unlimited contacts per customer, each contact can have different mailing flags for selection purposes.

We set this up for a book publishing company that has over 100,000 customers in Sage Line 50. They needed to be able to search for a customer by name or telephone number very quickly and produce mail shots based on previous purchases.
